Roux is a food truck that serves up wraps, salad and poutine. The prices are in line with other food trucks. I was seriously craving something greasy so I went with the spare ribs poutine which turned out to be a smart choice. They put plenty of curds which is always something I like in a poutine. The fries themselves were well-​seasoned and thick while the meat was very tender. They would have been quite good on their own too. My only complaint was that they garnished it with deep-​fried onions that were cold. I think even if they had been hot they wouldn’t have added much to the poutine as a whole.
