If u buy somerhing at the store, like a t-​shirt they don’t have a dressroom to try it, but they assured that i can return it if it does not match. Surprisely when i came back to return it they said they don’t have money back option, so they oblige you to buy something else ! Ridiculous !!!

I was surprised to find a brand new headshop where I would normally find high times. The place was better lit and had all glass shelving, which is perfect because it helps the narrow strip of real estate not feel so claustrophobic.
The sales clerk, beaming with energy, explained how they did away with the dusty fake pot plants in an effort to rebrand away from sleezy connotation. The strategy indeed worked and i think it’s good for the culture.
The experience was slightly more positive and profoundly more professional than previous ones. The aforementioned energetic store clerk was happy to answer any questions, suggest products I may enjoy and offer usage tips on products already purchased.
The prices are still on the higher end but, in my mind, they’re now justified by the service, selection and comfort.
