Cool petit bar de quartier aux allures ” chalet ”.
Le major Tom saura vous séduire par sa non prétention. Le staff est ultra chaleureux, l’ambiance cozy est parfaite pour une soirée entre amis. Une marmite de vin chaud vous attend et le rhum chic-​choc est à l’honneur. Ce n’est pas très grand alors si vous prévoyez une grosse tombola, prévenez d’abord et réservez.

I visited Major Tom, a small pub in Rosemont neighborhood, on a Thursday night with friends to attend a music show. The place was small and packed to the rim, but the atmosphere was welcoming nonetheless, and the waiters wasted no time greeting us and offering us a drinks menu, even as we stood. We had a great and swift service.
Even as it is a small venue, the acoustics were good and the drinks were also varied, the menu featuring local beers from microbreweries, red and white wines, classic drinks and cocktails. My only disappointment was that their coffee machine being broken, no coffee was available.
Overall a good experience, a nice little surprise in a neighborhood which I do not usually personally prefer.

We went for a beer to Major Tom and it was just perfect. The owner serves you himself and has a gorgeous mustache!
I had a Major Tom beer which was very good and the atmosphere has a British touch but not excessively.
