coffee shop hidden away in carré st-louis that is only opened during the summer. the place comes alive during the weekend with artists/musicians doing their thing next to it where you can enjoy a coffee or some gelato or munch on a sandwich all the while listen to the music, read or even play some board games with tables set around the shop. that’s the good. the less good for me is the coffee. not only does it come burning hot, its lacking in flavor/taste. all i could taste besides burning hot was the bitterness. other than that, it feels watery which is very disappointing especially with some very good coffee shops nearby. price wise, its indie coffee pricing on the somewhat expensive side of things. while i may not have enjoy the coffee, the gelato and sorbets as well as the sandwiches did look good. if you’re in the neighborhood either passing by, its definitely worth a stop here even though i was disappointed by the coffee. you can always sit at one the benches and listen to some music. take a breather, enjoy the moment
