Le choix pour la natation n’est pas le plus exubérant qui soit, mais je suis repartie avec ce que je recherchais et surtout le personnel était avenant, compétent et très sympa !

a sports boutique on the east side of le plateau. the store is on 3 levels: top floor is kids bikes and hockey gears, main is bikes on the entrance side with tennis gear in the back and the left part of the boutique is all running related (shoes and gear) while the basement is the workshop.
vendors are knowledgeable, welcoming and helpful. some of them even steered you away from the pricier item like say 2 helmets, different brands, similar in protection but one is pricier, they’d suggest the cheaper one just so you can save. not everything is about brand and i like that.
bikes can be expensive and it does add up in the end (if you add other items so its best to shop around). having a budget is crucial. financing is also possible. they have a deal in place with accord d (desjardins) for financing options which its a decent option if you don’t have the necessary funds. having more choices is always welcomed! financing range from 12 months to 60 months (12 being no interest while the others, interest kicks in at 14% if i remember correctly. all equal payment of course).
i bought my bike here and i love it. there were some mix up as no one told me about the tune up process before picking it up so i had to make a couple of trips but it was worth the wait.
the people in the workshop are extremely helpful and quite fast. got a flat not even 36 hours in which i first thought was only pressurize problem that a pump would fix but it wasn’t so. took no more than 10 minutes to change the tube. was out in about 20 minutes.
the negative would be stock level. system is not quite accurate (for the size)
place is worth considering if you’re looking for a bike because they offer financing which most bike shops don’t (i wouldn’t suggest it to everyone but its still a viable option). as for running gear and shoes, i’d shop around as there’s cheaper nearby
