The service felt rushed, our server did not seem interested in being friendly. Didn’t come back to see if things were fine, just picked up the empty baskets after half an hour. For the price paid, the burger was small and I didn’t feel like paying $ 2.40 for fries when 2 of the burgers came with them. And on top of that it was somewhat dry, obviously was done on a hot plate and not a grill. Overall, not an experience I expected from a burger place. I can definitely make much better burgers at home and I won’t forget the extra bacon I asked for…

There’s a new burger joint in the neighbourhood! I had heard of this chain and even eaten once or twice at one of the other locations. The décor is gorgeous. On one side, there’s a full bar, complete with big screens to watch the game. The lighting’s well done, dim but not dark, and the service was quick but somewhat rushed. The food was good, though somewhat small and dry. Overall, the experience was good, definitely not a waste of time, and next time I want to watch a game. Suggestion: a few desserts on the menu!

so the montreal west giant has set foot in the eastern part of town looking to gain a foot hole in a burger(not gourmet) starving neighborhood. how did they fare? sadly, badly! first time going, i thought it was odd the way they would cook the burger but you know, gotta give them a chance. so went back and then back. the latest trip to poll my mom. menu is as simple as one can be. tax is included in the price so its even easier to figure out how much you’d spend. staff is friendly. well, you have the cook and the barmaid. both take orders so no waiting to be served. but what about the burger? that’s all we care about! well, fucking DRY! the patty isn’t that much thicker than a big mac patty and i had to wait about 25 minutes or so. in that wait time, i count no less than 5 flips. FIVEBURGERFLIPS! while using a flat top with cover. talk about overkilling it. and on top of that, cut open to check the doneness. i mean, after 25 minutes, one doesn’t need to cut to know its way overdone. too bad it wasn’t the count that was cooking. *1 flip, ah ah ah. 2 flip, ah ah ah.* taste wise? it was loaded with condiments so that’s all i could taste. got a side of fries too. some were crispy but most were soggy. kinda like jiggling an uncooked hotdog *youtube bill cosby hotdog* no wonder they were soggy, it just sat there while waiting for the burger to be done. the place is basically a bar that serves burgers. it doesn’t feel like a restaurant or fast food joint. still felt like the old café in a new coating. there’s a room in the back where you can play cards and many slot machines around the place. 3 big ass tvs make up the walls. my mom’s review: when you’re hungry, anything tastes good!

Grosse nouvelle!!!
