I had a groupon for consultation/​wash/​cut that I recently redeemed and was disappointed by the service. Sad to say I will not return.
In terms of the space, it was dirty — saw bugs crawling around on the ground.
The hairdresser was disinterested, and would take calls and check the computer in the middle of the haircut which I understand may have been work-​related but I expect to be fully served as a customer for the time in which I’m receiving a service.
The haircut itself was rough and it felt like my head was being treated like a piece of pizza dough — both in the hair wash and haircut.
Lastly, the «consultation» stated in the groupon did not consist of more than 10 words being exchanged between the hairdresser and myself. I was not asked my preference once.
They need work on their customer service!

Great work, great environment and lovely staff. I’m always satisfied with the result. Khaled is a very professional hair stylist and knows what he is doing and makes sure that the customer is satisfied and happy with the result

VERY reasonable pricing, and very good for WOC! My hair is very coarse and curly and i get it blowdried here all the time! I recently got highlights as well and I couldn’t be happier. They do amazing work– take it from someone who has been to several salons and has experienced negative reactions to how coarse my hair is!

This is the best place in Montréal to get your hair done. I let no one else touch my hair except Khaled. I am always happy with the results. Everyone at this coiffure is very professional and works as a team. There is good energy and it makes you want to come back at least once a month. The prices are also reasonable and they sell the best shampoo products in the market and they are less expensive than the big hair salon stores. I recommend all my friends to get their hair done at this place. I have lived abroad and have been proposition to get new hairdresser but no one can do my hair as well as Khaled.
The staff is great and always offering me something to drink and they are great people to lend an ear.
Hands down this is the best place to get your hair get cut, styled and receive a fabulous up do.
