I had my Saeco Espresso machine fixed here at a very reasonable price in a week after having tried Saeco Canada on St Laurent where the machine sat for 3 weeks. It tuns out Saeco Canada is just another Saeco retailer and they seem more interested in selling new machines than doing service. They had told me it would be a month before they even looked at it and charged $ 60 to do so.
The owner of Ciel! Mon Café could not have been more helpful and charges $ 45 for an estimate which is credited toward repair.
