BEAUTIFUL building inside and out, on the corner of de Lorimier and Saint-​Zotique. The adult section of the library is on the top floor and has gorgeous ceilings and murals, comfy squashy chairs for reading, tables for working, and computer stations for, well, computing. The children’s section is on the middle floor and the maison de la culture is on the first floor.
There are just two rows of English-​language fiction but I was easily able to pick out an armload of good stuff that I hadn’t yet read.
Tip: If you’re looking on the bibliomontreal website, it’s listed under «L» for «La Petite Patrie,» instead of under «P».
