I ordered a Canada Goose coat from them and it was beautiful but did not fit me correctly. Returns info on their web site was misleading.
I am from the USA and before I bought the coat online I looked at their Returns section on their web site where they splash across the top in huge letters: «Returning your products has never been so easy. Here is how in 3 easy steps» and they show photos of a person putting an item in a bag then putting on a label and dropping it off at a carrier. But their information link for International returns is not until you scroll to the very bottom in small letters.
I go to the return the coat but I didn’t see a return label as shown on their site and Alixandra from the customer service writes back to inform me that the «easy returns» is only for Canadian customers. So I had to pay for all the return mail costs and taxes and fees. VERY EXPENSIVE. So I write customers service again to just tell them that maybe they should change their web site’s Return tab and make it WAY more obvious to International customers that they will be fully responsible for total cost of returns. I heard nothing back. I wasn’t asking them to change their minds because technically, they did have the information link for non-​Canadian online customers. All I did was to say that their Returns tab could make it more obvious for non-​Canadian buyers but I’ve heard nothing back. I was going to originally just exchange the coat for a different size but I am fully done with Altitude Sports. Poor customer service for those outside of Canada.

I found this store while looking for a particular winter coat, the prices were reasonable, and the jacket I was looking for was 25% off, I was also able to find an online coupon for an additional 20% off. With free shipping, this was a no brainer, I don’t think I could beat this price anywhere. I have already referred people to this site.
The shipping was so fast I couldn’t believe it, ordered Monday, it arrived Tuesday with basic free shipping.
Awesome experience looking forward to more like this from them.
