On the exterior this hotel looks just like it’s counterparts. It’s a little older but we expected the same level of quality as the Staybridge we stay at frequently. Sadly, this is not the case. First, the hostess misunderstood us and gave 2 people a MASSIVE suite when there were smaller rooms available. Once in the room the differences became evident. The room smells funny and there is no way to change the thermostat. We were roasting in our room so we went to the pool. The hot tub add been closed and filled with concrete and the water was warm and slimy.
This is a good hotel, there are just a lot of little things that add up to an unpleasant stay.

I was stayed here last night with a couple of friends. Originally it was supposed to be 6 of us with 2 joint rooms that we had booked 2 weeks prior but in the end only 4 of our friends showed up.
We asked the receptionist if we could change into a smaller room hence the reason there was less ppl then what we had planned. The receptionist Alexis made no hesitations into making sure we were happy and comfortable with our room. The service we received heore was very fast and precise. We were definately taken care of.
As for the rooms they were very clean and spacious, there’s nothing i would complain about really. We were all very pleased especially with the service we received.

I stay at a lot of hotels, and this was one two lowest on my list in last decade;
Cleanliness: in room, in breakfast area; in entrance in parking lot were all sub-​par; I will leave it there; surprising considering only ~2 yr old hotel; told mgr, so maybe this will be a wake– up call to them
