Stay far, far away. I paid in full for a bed from Ritz Furniture Planet, to be picked up the next day. Over the following weeks, every time I called, they said I could not pick it up because the warehouse/stockroom was closed. It got to the point where I simply bought a bed from a different retailer, and asked them for a refund. Ritz refused to refund my purchase price, so I initiated a dispute with Visa. Shockingly, Ritz claimed that I already picked up the bed– a blatant lie. I ultimately won the dispute and got my money back, but if I could start over again, I would simply avoid this company to begin with. If, for some crazy reason, you do decide to buy furniture from them anyways, I would insist on paying by Visa, even if it costs you more upfront.
