I made this account just so I could write a review for luxy barbers. To start the first time I called to make an appointment the guy who answered was so rude that I decided not to even make an appointment and go else where. I got lazy and didn’t bother looking for another shop so called back two days later and mad an appointment. The girls there are very friendly but the two Indian guys there are … I’ll b nice and say jerks. The one Indian guy ended up cutting my hair and you could tell he didn’t give a s**t to be there or cut my hair. It took him under 10 min to cut my hair… Usually takes my barber 30 min. He outlined one side of my side burns and left the other. I would never go back to this place personally and suggest no one bothers. Go somewhere that appreciates your business

I went here a month ago looking for a new barber and was very disappointed. When I walked in I was greeted by a very unhappy woman who asked if I had an appointment. I told her no and asked if that was a problem given that the shop was empty. She grudgingly agreed to give me a haircut and didn’t say a word. So much for the advertised friendly environment. It felt like she was doing me a huge favour. It’s likely that customers’ experience depends on which barber you get. Based on my experience, I won’t be going back.

Was in here a few weeks ago as I had a «hot date» later that evening and I wanted to get a quick clean up around my ears and along neckline. In addition I asked to get a hot foam shave done on the back of the neck (I had already shaved my face today in anticipation of said date).
It’s a VERY modern looking barbershop, kind of like the ultimate mancave mixed with a nightclub sheik. They have a gas fireplace to the rear and offer a full range of mens barber services.
The shop was empty when I sauntered in and the owner and his staff were super accommodating with my request. It’s not an overly difficult procedure so it’s hard for me to grade them honestly, but best believe I will be back this summer to experience a hot towel shave and some of their other services. Looking forward to upgrading this review to a 4 or 5 star :)
