If you been to a flea market, you’ll understand why I call this the upscale version. Though departments are ‘outlined’ and have their own area, the items and products can be found all over the store. It’s like a hurricane came through and deposited things at random. I’m sure it’s the clientele who does it but the staff can’t keep this place organized. This is a discount store that specialized in bedding, décor, kitchen, and bath. It belongs to the Winners brand and often shares the same items as Marshalls and Winners. This store is HUGE. It’s possibly the biggest home store in Heartland and it makes good use of the space. Every nook and cranny is crammed with an item. Shelves are so full that you’ll probably pull something down in order to get to your item. Most of the time that ok unless you’re in the china ware or food section. The prices start moderately discounted and to be fair 99% of the time, you will find it cheaper elsewhere. The first cut of 20%-30% on the most popular or wanted items aren’t very good. At times, you’ll find the discounts at 50% but it’s often on brands you don’t know or less desired items. The really good deals is when the wares are found in the discounted red tag areas. Though selection is often sketchy, you can find some great brands and great discounts. You need A LOT of patience to dig(they’re all piled on top of each other) and a good eye. The other good thing about this place is the constant churn of selection. If you find something you really like, buy it because it won’t be there next week. Their inventory is on a constant churn. Service here is hard to find as most of the time they’re running around constantly restocking or reorganizing. The often have a long wait at the line up because they’re that popular. Check out service here was extremely pleasant as they make great small talk(it feels like they were informed and trained!!) and had helpful tips for future upcoming sales. It’s a good store but I often walk out empty handed because their inventory is so random or their deals aren’t as good at first cut. I do come here often but only if I have time and patience to wade through the sea of red tags.
