I agree with the previous review this business is impossible to get a hold of. The online booking system they insist you use to book your appointment is so confusing and makes you go around and around to accomplish nothing. When you call them about the online system they provide little guidance and refuse to book you over the phone. When I called to make my appointment they told me they are booked for 3 months and they were not accommodating at all. At then end of all the hoops I jumped I decided to not make any appointment at all and I highly doubt I will consider this business in the future.

It’s a one man/​woman show over here. They won’t pick up a phone call. You’re required to leave a message and then they’ll call you back (I’m not sure how efficient that is).
Also, I booked an hour massage that lasted 45 minutes and 45 minute reflexology that lasted 30 minutes.
The following day my back feels a bit bruised but that’s my fault for not saying something about the pressure but all in all I wouldn’t book another appointment here.
