I have been getting extensions well going on 6 years now and trying many different ones from so cap global to great lengths I must say you guys are the best! However this last time I went to a newly opened place in Brampton where the lady offers the extensions a bit, not a lot, cheaper then most places. She is registered with you guys the quality of the hair is amazing but I don’t think this woman has any idea how to instal them. She left a huge hole in the back that she tried to cover it up, did not blend the colours what so ever my natural hair is a level 6 she ordered 59, 23, 24 and 84 for my hair and stuck them in. I’m having a really hard time and to be honest it makes me worried about who you guys let have access to your hair. Also I had to go to another salon in the mall near my house and the lady was wonderful application and all she tried to fix the mess somewhat but there is really no fixing this fully they need to be taken out. The other mistake that I can see is the hair attached by the Brampton location is a inch and a half away from the scalp where the salon at the erin mills mall attached them right to the top and they are staying very well. An inch and a half is a lot seeing as how I had them put in only a month and 10 days ago! Lastly I’ve noticed that others are having this problem too the hair is so thin and falling out constantly. Can someone please contact me from your customer care department and see if anything at all can be done? I am a very long time customer and this is really a shame that this had to happen to me.

I am an avid fan of great lengths extensions and have been getting them done now for about three years. Unfortunately the last set of extensions I received were very poor quality and thinned so much within the first month and a half they were terrible looking. I contacted great lengths as soon as I noticed them getting extremely thin as this had never happened to my extensions before. I received an email in return saying that I must be do something wrong or the stylist who put them in installed them incorrectly or switched out the hair for cheaper hair. This was absolutely not the case as I had opened the delivery myself since I worked at the salon at the time and the salon owner who has been doing Great lengths for over 15 years puts them in for me. I explained this to the lady and she continued to make up excuses for their screw up. This went on for a couple months, and finally after back and forth emails of being told that me and the salon owner are completely at fault they finally requested i cut a few of my extensions out and send them to their extension specialist. So knowing full well they were correctly installed I did just that. A while later again I finally get an email saying that they were in fact put in perfectly so therefor it must be something that I’m doing BUT out of «good faith» they’d send me three bundles(half of what I actually require in my hair.) I at this point was tired of being strung along as it had been about 4 months now since the first email so i agreed to take them. Although I had repeatedly requested the name, number, email or anything to get ahold of someone higher up and they refused to pass on that information to me so that was as good as I was going to get. I then called just the other day to order the other half of my extensions and come to find out that now a month and a half after saying they’d send 3 bundles they’d sent me nothing. So i had to email them yet again and of course they blamed the salon again for not having made another order really so they didn’t have to pay for extra shipping costs. What should’ve been an easy I’m sorry we sent you poor quality hair we’ll send you 6 free bundles to replace the terrible ones you were sent turned into a 5 or 6 month battle. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life both me and the salon owner are completely turned off from this company and are looking for an alternative solely because of the poor treatment we both received.
