Worst Customer Service. Was there at 11:30am Wed May 27, 2015. First the flacky sales rep at the store was polite taking the info. She said she will replace the luggage with a Air Canada Bag of the same size. When she brought it out, I asked her«is it used» and she was quick to reply«we do not sell used luggage». So I proceeded to examine and asked a few more questions. She yelled back at me that I was rude and asking if they sell used luggage. Of course, I was upset and started to yell back at her. I asked for a manager and nobody bothered to help. They continued to Ignore me. I left the store If AIRCANADA wants customers to be replaced with a damaged luggage, they should not be sending us to this location. Worst Worst Worst Worst Customer SERVICE.

Am actually sitting outside this store after leaving in disgust. After walking around this store for about 10 minutes I got a «do you have any questions» from the rushed sales person and before I could answer yes she was onto a new customer. The other sales person continued to answer the phone — which was ringing off the hook while someone stood at the cash register to pay. After deciding on my own which suitcase looked promising I stood trying to catch one of their eyes for about 5 minutes before giving up and walking out. This is supposed to be a discount luggage store but the prices were NOT good. I found the same exact suitcase for cheaper on amazon. Guess that is where I will purchase my suitcase.

Worst Customer Service Ever! I was promised my bag back in ten days. That was 6 weeks ago. When I call to inquire it takes an easy 30 minutes to learn that my bag cannot be fixed and I can come in to pick it up. When I then complain about this service, ie the wait time ob the phone etc. I receive a call from the store manager complaining to me that I didn’t like the customer service I received. If you are looking for an experience from he’ll you better hurry, with that customer service they can’t stay in business much longer…

This is the absolute WORST store to purchase, well, anything from. The customer service is disgusting and I have never left an establishment more angry and upset than I have here. I brought in a piece of luggage to be repaired, the woman that dealt with me was a little flaky but very kind and quick to take down my information and told me to return in a week and it would be ready. I came in today, having driven from Toronto in a rental(both times as I don’t have a car in the city) happy to get my newly fixed piece of luggage to start packing for another business trip. A male sales associate greeted me and went in the back to get my suitcase. He came back and said, oh it hasn’t been repaired. *No apology* I asked why I wasn’t called? *No answer, no apology* We don’t have the part he says *No apology, again* I, visibly annoyed at this point said, I came here specifically to get it repaired and had to hire a rental car, both ways! HELAUGHSATME *again, no apology, no reply except for the laughter* I am floored at the lack of respect these people have for their customers and lack of service they think they owe us. If this situation would have been handled MUCH differently I’m sure I would have left with a brand new piece of luggage which I would have purchased today. DISGUSTING!

After a trip from hell trying to get to Toronto for business and a family matter, we arrived at the baggage claim area and found our brand new Samsonite luggage had a missing wheel. Not only were we inconvenienced throughout the 36 hours it took us to get there, we now had the joy of dragging or carrying brand new luggage designed to effortlessly roll. Did you ever get a shopping cart at the market with one bad wheel? Same experience. You could gouge the hell out of wood floors if you weren’t careful with the bag. Delta offered no compensation, just«sorry, can’t help you, maybe check to see if you have any warranty». We met with family, took care of business, and found an authorized Samsonite repair facility miraculously nearby. Calling them at 5:30PM(expecting a recording or info on location and hours) I am surprised to have Alex Schossler on the phone, helping me. «can’t tell until we see the piece, we might have the wheel here, and if so, we’ll take care of it.» 9:00AM next day I’m at the store(with my filled luggage as we were on our way to the airport to go home) and I bring in the damaged bag. Alex introduces himself, as do I, and he recognizes our conversation, says«let me see the piece». Two minutes later, he comes back with good news. «we can fix it, it’ll be 10 minutes, but I need the bag empty.» I dump the contents of the bag into my rental car trunk, hand Alex the bag, and as promised, in 10 minutes, bag comes out rolling on all 4 wheels, perfect as if new. Roll it out to the car, fill it again, off to the airport with our new luggage. The bag was repaired under warranty, Alex refused to take a gratuity or tip, I couldn’t thank him enough for his fast and expert service. He’s also got quite a selection of backpacks, luggage, and accessories all at discounted prices. But the service really stands out here, and the least I could do to say thanks is spread the word. Thank you so very much Alex!

So apparently when Delta Air breaks your stuff they send you here to get it fixed. Just recently got my stroller rough handled by them on my stop over in Atlanta and they broke off a wheel. Once in Toronto I filed a claim with Delta Air and they send me here to get it fixed. Dropped it off with my claim number that I got at the airport and they had to send it out since they only fix luggage. Said I should expect a call in a week, called me back in a week and a half and I got my stroller all fixed at no charge of course. Just one wheel was missing but got two replaced the second wheel must have probably been damaged and I didn’t notice. Otherwise the store has a large luggage assortment and seem to be on top of the newest regulations in terms of luggage sizes for overhead storage etc. Didn’t have a chance to look at prices.
