Great vegetarian Indian market. The name doesn’t tell you this… you Just Gotta Know. If you don’t want south Asian sights, smells, and tastes, don’t come here. If you do (yum), then their selection is … impressive.

Oh my, watch out for things living in the leaves of your purchases from here. You could be bringing home unwanted pets. This place is really gross. And that smell, ugh! what is that? It smells like week old socks and fabreeze.
Rude people work here and pushy customers. This place is uncivilized.

One of the guiding principles of a successful business: location, location, location. Going by this principle alone, Dundas Fruits & Vegetables, located at the intersection of Dundas and Hurontario is the most conveniently located desi grocery shops in Mississauaga area. Perhaps the reason the place is busy most of the weekends.
Well stocked fresh vegetables and an assortment of dhals, frozen foods and availability of other Indian condiments is a big plus.
The only negative is the size of the shop. During busy weekends, one has to jostle with other customers while selecting vegetables, fruits and grocery.
