Chapters

Most locations are the same but this location is rather swanky since it was very recently built in with the addition to the parking lot of the Erin Mills Mall.
On a personal note to the Chapters organization itself :
Oh Chapters, how I love thee. Shall I count the ways?
1– You give me options
2 — You teach me new things. Always.
3 — I am able to give into temptation (Courtney Love did WHAT?) without having ethical subconscious conflicts (I am part of the norm? who knew) upon exiting
4 — I am not forced to spend a dime
5 — My free hours here are more productive than any university class
6 — You ‘give me a break, give me a break, give me a break with a next door caffeine & sugar infused break time bar’
7 — You bring «plop-​on-​da-​floor» sexy back
8 — You mark each section clearly so all the Manga lovers can nod in silent agreement. There is power in numbers.
9 — You adultify (ya, that’s right… I just created a word) sticky notes so that it makes me justify buying stickies
10– You are the white flag that the world still acknowledges the importance of physical books even with the birth of ipad.
In the spirit of reading reviews and learning something new:
Indigo Books & Music is the prime brand owner of all Chapters. There was a messy merger battle between these 2 competitors. in 2001 Indigo successfully acquired Chapters along with Coles but continue to operate stores under the Chapters banner.

I love this chapters because they have a really big kids section, they just renovated that entire kids corner in 2010. They have a Thomas Train Table, a little Kitchen Corner, a Puzzle table and big tea cup in the middle as a bench where you can read stories in.
All the kids books are also stored in the area but they also have tons of toys. I would almost say that the toys outweigh the books. I am not sure what day of the week but they have a free story time with art’s and crafts afterwards once or twice a week.
For the Parents they also have a Starbucks in there with free WiFi.
