I absolutely love YogaVision! I was looking to tone up my body and get back into a regular yoga practice when I found this studio. I was looking for a place with Kundalini yoga and a community vibe to it since the one thing I love about yoga studios in comparison to gyms is the family type atmosphere. YogaVision did not disappoint! The first time I arrived I was warmly welcomed with homemade banana bread and fresh lemon water. The owner Salimah teaches the Kundalini classes and she’s definitely a pro. Her classes keep to the tradition of Kundalini yoga(which I love) because it mixes meditation and yoga poses, so that you’re left feeling calm and super joyful at the end. The studio has other styles of yoga too(hatha and vinyasa), which is cool because you can pick a different style of yoga to practice each day depending on how you feel. If you get the chance, I recommend coming to a class when a live musician performs — the energy is awesome! I’m so happy this yoga studio opened up in Mississauga and there’s finally a place to go for Kundalini yoga!
