This is about a 2 minute drive from where I work. It is hidden in the far back corner of the building, better to drive behind the building than all the way around it. Super friendly staff, and really good quality patties. 10.00 $ for a box of a dozen. The woman explained the process of how I should re-​heat them as well, there are signs that say no more free samples anymore though! Cash only.

Nothing more needs to be said, they are the best.

Absolutely amazing beef patties! One of my favorite places to go to for a patty fix!
The pastry is golden crisp and the filling has just the right amount of spice and seasoning. The pastry to filling ratio is perfect. This places tops it off with an incredibly friendly and cheery boss — she made my day.

I have not been to this location but buy these parties from their original location at Bloor and Dovercourt.
The spicy beef filling is my favourite. So delicious. Randy’s pastry has a slight edge on the pastry but Michideans is just better over all. This location use to be the original bakery before they expanded and had to relocate to Scarbrough. Luckily for me, this location is right around the corner from my house.

Yummmmmmm. Okay I’m officially a fan ! Oh the deliciousness! Better than your average subway stand patties hands down.
Bf bought a box of patties and heated one up for me at work and oh man I wish he brought more!

The beef patties are delicious! Excellent quality, flavourful filling and flaky pastry makes it the best patty I’ve had in all of Toronto. Price is right and keeps you wanting to come back for more.

This place is hard to find just like Don Hyun K. mentioned already. Even google maps didn’t really pin point the exact location but it got me close enough to investigate. If you go on google maps you can see the plaza its located in is shaped like a small «n» — To precisely pin point the location its on the top right hand corner of the «n»
A few reviews here mentions free patties when you buy a box. So of course I expect the same treatment. However, once again I get nothing. I say once again because just the day before I experienced the same thing at Wooffle and Cream.
Anyway, I bought a box of their spicy beef patties for $ 10 which gives you a dozen. The patties themselves are among the flakiest I have ever had and I love my patties flaky. Inside the patties are juicy but not to the same level as Randy’s patties.
Now that I know exactly where they are located I can come back all the time and get great patties. Probably the best you will get in Markham.

Best value. The beef patty is the most wholesome meal you can get for $ 1.50. They’re baked fresh on the premises, so you know you’re getting a patty with some love. Not some frozen sh** tossed in a pizza oven. Really nice atmosphere with friendly staff.
The golden pastry flaked away as I took my first few bites. Inside, I discovered a warming, rich filling of ground beef and lots of Jamaican spices — with a hint of curry I’ve been eating.

well the price is now $ 10 a dozen. They do give you a sample patty on the way out. However, patties are amazing. Perfect texture of crispiness and flakiness and soft gooey inside with tons of flavour.

Amazing patties. Flakey and delicious and they always give you one or two hot patties for free when you buy a box.
Only downside is the location. It is quite hidden and also it is closed on the weekends.
If you eat patty king normally your missing out. Patty king is the worse

I used to love all patties equally until I tried my first Michidean’s spicy beef patty. Now I’m a complete beef patty snob. if it ain’t Michidean’s it ain’t worth eating!
The outer pastry is so light and flaky and the meat is perfectly seasoned! Keep a box in your freezer and you have the perfect snack that’s ready in less than five minutes. Microwave for a few seconds to defrost and finish it off in the oven to crisp it up! Dangerous yet delicious!
Will also make you want to nap for hours if you eat more than one in a single sitting. but SO worth it!

Got a box of spicy beef recently.
I was warned it might be too spicy for me but I wanted to try them anyway. To me, they aren’t that spicy. I actually added some hot sauce to bright them up even more. :)
As previous reviewers said, the shells are the flaky type. So they are better reheating in the oven than microwave.
I bought some to work for snacks (and shared some with my co-​workers). We reheated the patties in the microwave briefly then finish them in the toaster (we don’t have toaster oven at work). They came out perfectly flaky.

The staff is very nice and friendly and the price can’t be beat!
I believe you can only buy pre-​packaged boxes of 12 of the same patties, but they are happy to provide «samples» which are full size patties!
It is a small counter located in a strip mall, so if you need to chow down right away, it’ll have to be in your car, but at least parking is readily available.
The ingredient list indicates that there is msg in both the filling and the pastry, which explains why I was so thirsty afterwards. :(

Great beef patties! I go here for the spicy beef and veggie patties. It’s a bit far from my house, but when I come to this area, I stop here sometimes.
Totally beats the packaged ones you buy at the grocery store, and the price is good too. They are also very friendly and super generous with the samples :)

Those patties has this awesome flaky outer shell… the fillings has bits of ground beef insider and just enough gravies…
Staffs are friendly and full of «SUNSHINE»! Just like in Jamaica…
I can eat the whole box in one seating… yes trust me I can!

I like getting my patties here for lunch. It comes in a box of 12 & costs $ 8 ! :) Then I refrigerate or freeze them and eat one for the next 2 weeks LOL They have various flavours beef (mild, spicy), chicken, veggie… I believe there’s one more but I forgot. The veggie & mild beef are my fav. I usualy get assorted.
The place is run by Dillon and his daughter Michelle. The staff here are also super nice as well. One of them keeps offering patties to my dog. Unfortunately my current dog cannot eat patties though my previous dog used to inhale them w/​no probs.
Def worth checking out. I believe they distribute their patties all over the GTA. When the patties are fresh… warm & toasty… u could eat like 3! :D
