The service and their skills to fix my Samsung phones are great…9/10 times. You have a problem, they can probably solve it for you. But you have to KNOW what you want out of the phone and tell them in advance and maybe they can give you discount if you ask/negotiate for it. I got my Galaxy S2LTE, Note 2 and Note 4 fixed here. Shattered screen, camera lens, S Pen replacement, and of course cases. The last time I visited I needed to fix my shattered camera lens. They fixed it in about an hour, but noticed it has some dust particles still stuck…

Worst experience. They say the parts are new, when clearly they are used or replicas. I guess you get what you pay for. Had to come here twice to get a screen replaced. First time, they have me a used screen. noticed there were scratches on the bezel and screen itself was damaged at the bottom. Tried to exchange it same day but the skinny kid fixing the phones at the time was a complete a hole. So lucky it’s not a legit retail store with a manager. Anyways, he told me he did not have anymore In stock and told me to get out and come another day. Went back a week after, they replaced it. Still something wrong with the screen and dings on the bezel. Had to wait again same day to get it replaced. Therefore on the 3rd replacement, screen was ok. still a ding on the top of the bezel. but whatever. Gave up. Learned my lesson. Never coming back, should of DIY from the get go. Never again.

My poor iPhone has suffered many casualties. I marred its beautiful face once, we did a bit of cosmetic surgery and alas I broke it again. The first time we took it to the wonderful plastic surgeons downtown at GTA Wireless where I was charged $ 100. Unfortunately, he wasn’t very good at his trade and as the days wore on, I had to go in for some more plastic surgery to my iPhone. The same problem — a cracked screen. I found many such surgeons inside Pacific Mall, but upon various on-the-spot consultations decided the docs at Galaxy Mobile would be better. Although they weren’t the cheapest($ 50 was the cheapest), they did say that their screens were original and that all the other places charging $ 50 would show tell-tale signs of sloppy jobs in the form of shoddy resolution. They first quoted me $ 70, but when I said I would come back, they came running after me like a man does for his pants when caught red-handed by his wife in bed with another woman… «How much do you want us to do it for?» I told them about the $ 50 quotes I got, and after some back and forth we settled at the mid-point of $ 60. Unfortunately, they failed to complete the time in quoted 30-minutes. To make matter worse, even though they fixed my screen, my telephone was unable to connect to the Rogers network afterwards. I called them back about 30 minutes later(when I noticed the problem) and they told me to bring it back. I had to wait another hour, at which time I simply went for dinner. When I returned, they told me they had failed to connect a cable back properly. That’s like saying they forgot to stitch me back together post-surgery? A lot of inconvenience for me with the driving back and forth and time-wasted. However, these guys do know what they’re doing and are probably one of the busiest cellphone repair shops I’ve seen in Pacific Mall. Lesson of the day: Test the goods before you leave. If you pay with cash, you get a little more bargaining room. However, they do accept plastic.
