This is a great place to come to on the weekend (Friday to Sunday). They serve unlimited bubble tea drinks until 11 pm and I’d say that the selection they have is pretty big. What’s’ unique about this place is that you can bring your own card/​board games or play with the ones they provide. I came here with two friends and it was empty, so we had the whole place to ourselves. The service is great as well. The servers are polite and friendly.

One of three BBT places in this plaza. Very small and cozy. Some magazines and board games to keep yourself busy. They only serve drinks here like tea pots, BBT, slushies and others. There are no snacky foods here or desserts from what I saw which is disappointing. Don’t know how they will survive with Cha Me Cha right next door.
Ordered a honey black milk tea with grass jelly. $ 4.49 for the drink and I think $ 0.49 for grass jelly addon. Another thing that surprised me is that there are no option for getting a larger size. The drink itself was okay and comparable to other BBT joints around.
I think this place is more tailored for the condo residents that live near by that want a quick stop for a drink.
