Very nice and caring staff. Shelly is very honest she will tell you if a frame does not suite you. Dr. Kara is very caring and very thorough. An excellent experience.

I came in and was greeted with a smile. Service was great and price was reasonable. Fast service and always a smile.

They are so rude here. I’m in town for a week and went with my mother to buy myself 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses and sadly they were absolutely rude to us.
We called ahead of time to get store hours, and apparently the number is wrong as a store downtown answered and said wrong number. So we searched again and called the number again from the website and it was the same store and they told us that they keep getting calls for the Optical store but that I had called the wrong number.
We anyways were in the area so showed up, looked around and then tried to ask the question about how to make the sunglasses with prescriptive lenses so that I could wear them without contact lenses and the sales woman actually said to us, «Why in god’s name would you want to do that when you actually wear contacts? That’s not very smart of you.» WHAT! Who tells an actual customer that they aren’t smart? They were super unhelpful and so rude, I couldn’t believe how rude they were.
There’s an optician in the back office and we could hear her yelling at someone in the back. The yelling went on for 5 minutes before my mother said, let’s get out of here. On the way out I yelled to the sales people, thanks for being rude we won’t be coming back.
We then went to LF Optical on Center street and ended up spending $ 900 before tax on 4 pairs of glasses and 1 repair.
Don’t go here. They are the most awful people I’ve ever met.

Run don’t walk from Kara optical. My glasses broke after 2 weeks and repaired them by gluing them and you could see the glue. They broke 3 times and wouldn’t repair them 500 $ and broken glasses.
