I have been very happy with the on-​site and remote IT service that Don from Help-​My-​Tech as provided to me for my home office. He has been able to improve my workflow and efficiency for my home office based mobile medical consultation business. I felt like I would never be able to find the right IT professional who could come to my home office and work with me one-​on one to assess the needs of my small business and help make my work more efficient and resolve all the glitches I was dealing with. I’m happy to say that Don has surpassed my expectations and I will continue to use his services for all of my IT needs moving forward. I would recommend Don and Help-​My-​Tech without any reservations to anyone needing in-​home, in-​house IT support. He clearly knows what he is doing and is professional in delivery of his services.
