This is the only independent bed bug inspector in the city. This is very important because the free inspections by exterminators are not necessarily accurate or honest.
When the bed bug bites and panic first set in, we were going to hire an exterminator right away. Thankfully we didn’t, because it would have cost us a fortune (not to mention trouble with the strata council). We hired Bed Bug Mutts, and to our huge relief, turned out there weren’t any bugs. It cost us less than $ 200 and we were now much more educated about bed bugs, how to prevent them, and how to detect them. They were extremely professional and answered all of our questions. They explained the training that both they and the dog went through. Dog was very well-​behaved and did not make any mess in our pet-​free home.
I would recommend anyone to call Bed Bug Mutts to get an unbiased inspection if there is a bed bug scare, instead of calling an exterminator.

I would absolutely recommend that anyone who suspects they have bed bugs reach out to Bed Bug Mutts immediately. I used them when I thought my luggage was infected due to it having been stored at a friend’s infested apartment. I was amazed by how thorough the dog was. While he didn’t find any bed bugs, he did find every remnant of any bug that has ever been in the house. Definitely use this company!
