Ruanthai Restaurant

Went here for dinner with a friend. The place was EMPTY when we got there at 7 so I should have known better. The pad thai was mediocre and the stir fry was bland and very sparse in the meat department. Service was sub par and it was over priced. Will not be back, should have gone to Ban Chok Dee where I know the food will be good every time

Overpriced is right. Food was so-​so. We were the only table in there and it took 45 mins just to get our chicken satay appetizer. When I asked about it, waitress said «oh, they screwed it up so they are making it again.» Uhm, ok. The wait for our actual meal was also long. It wasnt as if they were busy; only 1 other person came in for takeout while we were there. Also, waitress was on her phone behind the til the whole time, didnt even clear our empty plates, refil drinks. We were there for a bday dinner but couldn’t open gifts or have dessert because there was no room on the table. We left early and will not go back. If you want great Thai Food, go to Ban Chok Dee in Langley. Beautiful atmosphere, awesome food, and reasonably priced for fresh, cooked-​to-​order Thai.

Over priced, mediocre food, soso service, ugly atmosphere, tardy. Did I mention it was over priced? First and last time

Wonderful and comfortable restaurant for dinner, solo lunch, take out, anything. We even ate our wedding dinner here!
They substitute items on the special for us veggies without even us having to ask.
I love this kind of thoughtful establishment.
