What part of this is urgent care? Waited an hour in the waiting area and then waited in the doctors office for another hour for the doctor to see me. I guess they forgot about me because the door was closed. Unprofessional and noisy. The receptionist was also cold and never smiled. By the way, when I finally did see the doctor, he spent two minutes with me and I left unsatisfied.
