I waited over a month for an appt to get my dog clipped down & groomed only to FINALLY find out that they only work on "perfect" dog coats. They won't do your dog if it has matts. They actually called me & asked me to come in earlier than my appt was booked for as they were ahead of schedule. I dropped everything to get my dog in as quickly as possible & was told they wouldn't do my dog when I got there. They need to advertise on their website that they'll only do dogs that are already perfectly groomed......no matts. The first time I took my dog there last September I was overcharged. The store manager phoned me & told me that because I was overcharged, the next time I brought my dog in it would on the house whatever I wanted done with her. So --- this IS the next time & they wouldn't clip & groom her!!
