Poor service! The place was busy, but everyone was getting seated and served quickly. But… We had a hard time getting service from our gal, ended up waiting an hour for our breakfast, it was brought out cold. We won’t be back.

The food was good and fresh, a tad pricey but the service is friendly and helpful so, a nice place to go for breakfast or brunch.

We go here for breakfast as much as we can. Food is great, not your typical breakfast fare.

Amazing breakfast food and a super friendly staff, will definitely be back here again. To get an idea of how this place is like, picture a 10 times better version of ihop. Awesome pennekoeks (the dutch version of crepes)

If you need a quick breakfast hit or massive dutch style pancakes. this is your place. Tastes the same as all the other chains, meaning tasty!

Two locations of De Dutch in Kelowna but you can find this franchise all over BC and Alberta.
As for franchise/​chain restaurants, this was pretty tasty.
Admittedly I am a bit of a picky eater and pain in the bum. Though I’m nice about it, I never seem to order anything without asking that it’s changed.
This was no problemo here @ De Dutch when I asked for my strawberries to be rinsed off (I don’t like the sweet syrup they sit around in), they came the way I asked.
As Kris E. states (in a review of the other Kelowna location) breakfast was a ‘…tasty, carb-​bomb…‘
Friendly staff, clean environment, clean washrooms — check check check. The credit card machine was down but our waitress lugged out the trusty old brick of a carbon copy maker and we were out the door.
