I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with Harden’s.
Before I was even ready to buy an engagement ring, I did some looking around to educate myself. I was sure to explain that I was not going to be spending any money for about eight months. The owner as well as the maple leaf diamond supplier said no problem and sat down with me for over an hour to ensure I left knowing everything I needed to know about diamonds and engagement rings.
When I was finally ready to buy, I made my way back. The owner worked with me to design an engagement ring for my fiancé and it turned out beautifully.
Months later I saw the owner at the Ottawa wedding show. She remembered me by name and put zero pressure on me to buy our weddings bands from her.
Naturally, we did. Our experience was first class and I can’t thank Harden’s enough for making the entire experience stress free and enjoyable.
