Best customer service experience in a long time. Clinton and Alfred were both so helpful from the moment I called to ship some of my belongings to my new home in the USA. They helped me through the process of coordinating the shipment remotely from the US and it ended up costing ¼ the cost that 2 separate moving companies had quoted me.

The people at the UPS Store in Kamloops are amazingly helpful, knowledgeable and have managed to help me with anything that I need to ship. I’m not in that often, but they always remember me and happy to help. Great customer service is rare these days. They make me look forward to my next visit!
