I have visited this joint twice so far. I would say it is a buck more than average lunch pricing for an Indian restaurant(comparing to Surrey restaurants). This place is tucked inside a food court(next to Boston Pizza). I have had their lunch specials twice and ordered the butter chicken, chenna masala, and beef curry. It tastes as good as the best Indian restaurants I have been in Surrey and Vancouver. The combo comes with rice and naan. The take out prices are higher than average. Overall, I will come back again if I have craving for Indian food in this area.

I recently came here on a food tour and have been fondly thinking of their food ever since!

II’m seriously addicted to Indian Aroma! I can’t count how many times I’ve planned on going somewhere else for lunch and ended up changing my mind the second I walked by Indian Aroma. It’s THAT good. For just $ 7.99 you get your choice of curry(they usually have 4 choices, and one of them is always vegetarian), a piece of fresh naan bread, and a side of rice. Alternatively, you can order off of their take-out menu. I have yet to disappointed. Their vegetable korma and malai kofta are to die for. A bonus of ordering off the regular menu is that you get the option to choose how spicy you would like your food. The lunch combo curries are pre-made and tend to be on the more mild side. I prefer my curries hot! The location is a little awkward. Indian Aroma is tucked away in a random food-court that could be easy to miss if you don’t know what you’re looking for. Once you do make your way there though, the service is awesome and you get restaurant-quality food from take-out place. I’m hooked!
