Disgusting and horrible. First time customer and will never go back. Got food poisoning from the curry chicken. I only had a few bites too because the chicken was rancid. Worst chinese food ever. Do not waste your money.

Place is modern and very clean. Ordered the Wednesday special for takeout and they didn’t give me any utensils. The cashier isn’t friendly at all– doesn’t smile and looks angry. Won’t be visiting for a while.

Great place. Resonable price and great food. My fiancé and I eat there alot! The meals are a good quantity and always delicious. Clean and lovely restaurant and friendly staff.

Wednesday special general tso’s chicken 4.5 bsucks which is tasty and cheap. Clean and yummy

Super clean and modern. This is a good deal for lunch, and they have friendly staff. Food is less oily than most fast food Chinese. Food is okay.

I visited the restaurant in December 2012.
The place is clean and modern, with television screens. It felt like a really good fast food restaurant, complete with counters, trays, soda refill machines, utensils, etc. I ordered a combo, which, for dinner, was around 8 dollars. It came with the option of white or fried rice, the option of spring rolls or egg rolls, and a bottomless drink. They give a 10% discount for students, at least at McMaster. The food was actually quite good, and I left feeling satisfied. I would visit this place again, since they have very affordable specials on certain days.
However, there are a few flaws. Firstly, while it advertises itself as authentic Chinese food, it is heavily modified and westernised to suit Canadian palates. For example, crab cheese dumplings, despite sounding delicious, is not authentic Chinese at all. The menu is simply a mix of westernised Chinese food, with a hint of Thai. Secondly, when I visited, chopsticks were not readily available (I didn’t ask though, but they weren’t in the utensil section).
Overall, I’d give this place an ⁸⁄₁₀. If you’re a student at McMaster University, you should give this a try.
