Not a happy customer. Phil and an assistant came on time to replace the water pipe from the water meter to the front lawn. Knew exactly what needed to be done, but made some mistakes that caused the work to take longer than expected. Overall was not happy, and wanted more money. Was not even happy when getting paid. Started to clean up, but did not bother to finish when he found out he was not going to get paid more than the estimate. It was clearly understood that the estimate amount was the maximum that it would costs before any work began. I personally felt that he was doing the work purely for the money and did not care to do a good job. Maybe I am asking for too much?!
