Ordered an original bubble milk tea, couldn’t taste the tea, too much milk & too sweet (even had ordered less sugar), the drink was just okay. Limited choices on the menu. Besides that, they don’t serve any snacks or food, I left Coco feeling very disappointed. There are many other choices downtown.

Drinks: 4⁄5 because I feel like the tea taste is still not strong enough but it’s still delicious.
Environment: 5⁄5 Nice and cozy with a lot of seats and tables to sit around and do some work. However, if you’re planning on studying or getting some work done, avoid any busy times which is literally every night after 6 since that’s when university students are done their day and high schoolers who come here and chill/​work on their homrwork. I give them props for keeping the area so clean even during rush hours. I always see workers coming out and cleaning up the tables and the washroom. That’s something I really appreciate.
Customer Service: 5⁄5 All staff are very friendly and welcoming. They greet customers when they first come into the store and thank them after they leave. I can say this is what makes Coco stand out more than the other BBT places.

Coming here around 2:30pm on a Tuesday was definitely beneficial because there was no one in the shop and we were greeted and our drinks were made right away.
The lady on the storefront was super nice as she told us that they had specials for the season, which were $ 4 each in a large size. The store was super clean and we got out drinks to go. They were made super quickly and we were able to ask questions such as what each of the drinks were. For instance: Two Ladies is with tapioca and pudding. We both got the Bubble gaga which was passion fruit with tapioca and lychee jelly (definitely more tapioca and lychee jelly than other places).
Delicious bubble tea! I’m so glad I came here. Yes, I visit many bubble tea places such as Destiny’s, Green Grotto, ChaTime, etc. I have to try again during the weekdays though. I felt like because I came when no one is here, the drinks tasted extra good because she was able to take the time to make these drinks.
