They disrespect there tenants.
They do no secure their buildings.
They make empty promises.
You will not be happy here.

I do not recommend renting from Bhalla Investments. My apartment is actually nice and the rent is decent, but those are the only benefits I have seen.
I can excuse the building being in poor condition and in need of a good cleaning. But I cannot excuse the unprofessional attitudes from the staff.
I have overheard my superintendent have loud arguments with her husband in the hallway. She forgets to call for necessary repairs for months at a time, even when you remind her.
The repairman is a super at another building, and he is rude and ignorant. He yelled at me and my room mate and called us stupid. His repairs have never been satisfactory, and usually result in more repairs.
Don’t bother calling the head office, it’s just the owner and he won’t call you back.
