The first time I stayed here was a very long time ago with Gerry and then the list goes on including Shakespeare, Jimmy, Eddie, and a few other names I can’t remember but I can assure you the list is long. I like this place, it is comfortable, cheap, clean and the staff has always been accommodating. Motel Ritzt is located right on the bike paths for easy access to all that Ottawa and Gatineau have to offer. I tend to like Motels more than hotels when you find a good one. They tend to be much more homey feeling and I like parking my car right outside the door.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. When we checked in, a storm had knocked out power in the city and the manager upgraded our room for free for the inconvenience. The rooms are small but well furnished and surprisingly cozy. Great deal for the price!
