Print Centre continues to be the WORST. Asked them to copy something to 90% of the original size… and was continually asked «but how big do you want it to be? BIg? Small? On letter paper? On legal paper? On tabloid paper? Fill to the page?»
If they don’t get that simple concept, I don’t need their help. I used the self-​serve copier in the end, and will never use their services again.

For someone who used to be employed in an industry that banked on convenience and innovation, I’m outta it! I had no idea we can pay directly via credit card at the photocopier machine for its use. (Even though I looked like doofus for 5 mins trying to figure it out.) It’s pretty cool and convenient. The fax machine, ehh not as much. It’s self serve, yes. But still I had to pay at the register for faxing. What made up for it is they have cash back. At least I was able to cross out «go to a bank machine» off my errand list. (I know, I’m a nerd! And proud of it!)
