The person who runs this business (Noreen McAneney) is AWFUL with communication. She never answers her phone, and never answers her emails.
She responded ONCE, promising a visit and an information form. I trusted her to follow through, and because she never got back to me, I was left scrambling to find a cat sitter during the Christmas holidays at the last minute.
