Doctor’s Office the/MCI Medical Clinics

Been there twice and should have learned the first time. I waited 2 hours and that is fine, never complained sat there and waited my turn. I am prone to ear wax buildup but this had gotten worse and I knew I had an outer ear infection. I waited 20 minutes in the room and the nurse had to clarify my name. The doctor came in and left a few times, he seemed unorganized. He said I had ear wax buildup. The nurse did not even talk to me just told me where to sit and would flush my ear out. She said her equipment was broken and I could go out and buy Cerumol (ear wax remover) which does not work. I told her I was in a lot of pain and she did direct me to go the other MCI clinic on Eglington and Kipling, I did get in in 20 min there a doctor and nurse checked my ear and said it was ear wax buildup, tried to flush it out, nothing came out, I am not stupid I watched what drained the container even though the nurse said something came out. I just left feeling more ill and sad that I pay a lot in taxes for free health care. Got into my regular doctor the next day who diagnosed it as an EAR INFECTION which I knew… so I will never ever use these clinics again…
