All about the bottom line. $$. Very expensive rent.
High staff turnover, understaffed regularly, staff is overworked. Often one nurse on for entire building of over 200 residences.
Haven’t seen an RN… just RPNs. Food not so good. Housekeeping in the apartments not good. Add on services extremely expensive as is the rent.
The sales pitch is good though.
Profits at the cost of staff and residences. Find something else.
