I will not be back to this location. The staff had no idea what they were doing, so they had to call the manager. The manager asked to talk to me on the phone.(Really?! This is how they operate) the manager, Shannon, was incredibly rude. She told me to go back to the store I purchased the watch at. When I told her that was inconvenient, she was quick to say«well, it was convenient when you went there to buy the watch.» Wow. She also mentioned that if I have a problem with how they operate, I am free to buy directly from the Nixon website. I left and went to the city centre location. They were able to fix my issue, were polite and friendly about it, and I was in and out in a jiffy. My husband and I both agreed that the city center and the west Ed location both are nicer, cleaner, and have a better selection than Kingsway anyway. Maybe Shannon should get a job where she doesn’t need customer service skills…
