Great service from Thermo-​Tech today. On Wednesday night my furnace conked. Dead. Cold. Cold night. I called their emergency line and they immediately connected me with Ian. He would’ve come over but first he tried to talk me through getting the furnace restarted. It worked! He gave me some good advice to keep it going and I called their office the next day to arrange a visit from one of their people.
Booked Dan to come over this morning. He was punctual, knowledgable and professional. He educated my wife about the furnace, replaced a couple of small parts and our thermostat. We’re good to go.
The call the night before saved us a service call at OT rates. The service call during work hours was handled very professionally and he didn’t try to sell us a new furnace which I was worried would be the case. Instead we got an honest assessment and a reasonable fee for some new parts.
