They were an hour late and I had to phone them. They said they’re on their way and I had to phone them 40 mins later and they said they were 2 mins away. It’s ok to be late, things happen, but they should have phoned me to let me know. Then, their price was way over their quote. I had more items then I had told them to be removed (it was hard to be exact) so I expected a bit of a price increase, but it was an extra $ 45. Since they were finally there I paid the fee, but not sure if I’d do it again. They did a good job of removing all junk and it’s for a good cause.
