The Lash and Brow Studio

The appointment I booked a week in advance for my eyebrows was cancelled with less than an hour notice with a text message. Very unprofessional. I’ll be going elsewhere.

What a great experience!
Located on 99 Street near the Whitemud, the Lash and Brow Studio location offers a staggering amount of services. They specialize in lash extensions and brow waxing, but have several others beauty services that rent out of their state of the art, chic salon.
Other services offered include organic spray tans, infrared sauna, massage, and a nail technician.
The rooms are clean and welcoming with trendy decorations and a calming atmosphere. My brows were done by Stephanie who has been there 2 and ½ years: she really knows her stuff. She also mentioned they use skin sensitive wax – wonderful for people like me with sensitivity to perfumes, etc. The whole thing was so quick and painless and I had REALLY let my brows grow out. She did a fantastic job.
I spoke with the owner Levi after my appointment about her businesses’ lack of presence on Unilocal.Truthfully, if I had relied on Unilocal for this one I would have never gone to the Lash and Brow Studio as they only have 1 rather negative, outdated review from when they were Indigo Lash Lounge. Thankfully, I did a bit more research and the Lash and Brow Studio has a 4.9 out of 5 rating from 137 reviews on Genbook. Levi seemed very frustrated with their current representation on Unilocal as the only other review was written by Dawn T. I’m not sure, but I believe this is the only review Dawn has written and I’m always cautious of «one-​time, one star» reviews. Levi also mentioned that this review was done by a cousin of one of her competitors.
Regardless of all the hearsay, I had a fantastic customer experience with The Lash and Brow Studio. Prices were great, online booking was easy, and it was clear the staff and owners care about upholding a high standard for brows and lashes.
