Got double charged due to a machine malfunction. Although it was only $12, it makes me think how often they can do this and make a good clear bonus! Called and emailed several times with no response.

Poor customer service. Emails are not responded to immediately. It takes at least a week before a response is received. In addition, the response is usually not helpful or does not answer any questions. When attempting to call, no one picks up. Always directed to the mailbox. Waste of time. Look elsewhere for better customer service.
