Second Cup

Always loved their coffee but the service last Saturday will be the LAST time they see me at this location. The young lady serving me (I came in for ONE cup of coffee !) was just plain rude. Hmmmmm? Must have been having a bad day. I let it go. Took my coffee to the cream and sugar station the cream pitcher was empty. I took the empty cream pitcher up to her she rolls her eyes at me and lets out a big sigh !! Wow ! REALLY GOOD «Customer Service» there ! Hmmmm? The last time I looked I was IN a coffee shop. Its not like I was asking for red carpet «service» or anythng like that. You are out of cream I want cream for my coffee. Its as simplpe as that. Well another young lady comes up to me and asks me «did you need to use this ?» I was so tempted to say «NO ! I want to balance it on my head today !!!» I said thank you and she just walks away without saying anything. Hey you want RUDE service «with an attitude» on top come to this location. I think they need to get new staff in there that actually wants to be there with less ATTITUDE. No one really needs the kind of treatment I received. My opinion Cinnabon is next door go there instead !! With «service» like that they can KEEP their coffee !!

I’ve Always had good service here. Sometimes, when they’re busy, they’ll stick whip on my drink when I’ve asked for none, but that’s not the end of the world. The store is always tidy and well stocked with baked goods and gifts for the coffee lover in your life.

This location is open a few hours before the rest of the mall. Staff are always friendly and fast.
