Love that there is a Sally’s within walking distance. The girls are always really pleasant and helpful. Ive been in a couple of times just to wander around and a few times I’ve actually needed help and they never disappoint. Great selection on hair care.

Went in to pick up some hair dye & gloves; was greeted and asked if I needed any help the minute I stepped in to this location by a pleasant young lady.
I found this Sally’s to be a bit more open & spacious, not as boxed in as some of the others I’ve been to; was easy to maneuver around & find what I was looking for.
The checkout process was quick and pleasant; tried to up sell me the Sally’s membership card, but didn’t push it, which I appreciated.
I’d be back to this location if I’m in the area & in need of some supplies.

I was thrilled to see Sally open up right beside my work seeing as I use a lot of their stuff & hate to brave Calgary Trail every so often to restock. However, I have never been treated so poorly by a sales associate ever. I WOULD go either before or after my shifts at at work & there is a young woman that works there regularly & she makes zero effort to answer questions or be helpful in anyway, not to mention condescending. None of the other girls seem to make any effort to help either as if her word is final. Seeing as this is a brand new store, this is not a great way to create a customer base. I won’t be returning to this location.
