I want my money back, but unfortunately they won’t even return my calls! Jessi Molley seemed quite nice at the beginning; however, they took the money and disappeared after leaving a mess! Another contractor had to be paid to completely rip out the tile floor they laid out and redo everything again. Jessi was quick to quote and take the job; however, we discovered after the fact that they had no idea about putting in sub-floors or how to mix cement and grout. We could literally tap out the tiles after they had finished their job because there was so little gluing the uneven tiles to the flooring. The grout they had put was washing and dusting out for days after the job was supposedly complete. They left the area dirty and messy and tracked mud everywhere. All and all an absolutely horrible job. We tried to reach out to them to come and fix the job, but either they promised and did not show or they had an excuse of some sort, and then they wouldn’t even answer our phone calls. Beware if you give them a job.
